Our tiered program allows our members to choose from three different options to achieve their goals: Form (our Fundamentals class) This is where we develop Mechanics. Form is the entry portal for anyone new to our program. Function This is where we cultivate Consistency. Function workouts include a greater degree of intensity and complexity. Focus This is all about Intensity. If you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level, this is an excellent option.

Proper recovery is critical to your progress. Give back to yourself with some restoration and relaxation through poses and positions that will improve your flexibility and wellness. This mindful class is included in all memberships.
Use these hours to make up a missed workout, practice a skill, or mobilize and stretch. These Open Gym hours supplement other class times so you’ll always have a chance to train if your schedule gets in the way. Open Gym is available to all members. Coaches will be available to help where needed.
Our One-on-One program is specifically designed for you and your individual goals. This includes all elements of physical assessment, goal setting, nutritional planning, and individualized programming. Availability is limited. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
