A few things I know…


…believe, and understand:

I know hard work, practice, and dedication pay off.

I believe in the ten general physical skills.

I understand that our diets affect everything in our lives.

I know complacency breads mediocrity.

I believe naps are wonderful.

I understand that tomorrow is promised to no one.

I believe respect is earned, not given.

I know you can be great if you just believe in yourself.

I understand the need for perfection in our practice.

I believe honesty is the best policy.

I know what it’s like to loose everything and have to fight to get it back.

I believe you must take responsibility for your own fitness.

I understand that some things are just meant to be. (But that doesn’t mean we have to like it.)

I believe CrossFit is more than just a workout program; it’s a way of life and a community of awesomeness!
