What does it mean to be strong? For some, it’s a battle cry and for others, it’s merely a slogan. Confidence, motivation, and determination are all manifestations of this concept. Whether it’s mental or physical, the energy this statement imparts can be a powerful motivator to an athlete—especially a CrossFit athlete.
As athletes, maybe be strong helps reminds us that with a little fortitude, we can face difficult challenges and get through them successfully.
