DAILY TRAINING

FOCUS offers the perfect combination of individualized training in a small group training environment. Our tiered training model is designed to help members of all levels achieve their individual fitness and life goals. Contact the gym to learn more about our training options.

RECOVERY YOGA

Proper recovery is critical to your progress. Give back to yourself with some restoration and relaxation through poses and positions that will improve your flexibility and wellness. This mindful class is included in all memberships.

OPEN GYM

Use these hours to make up a missed workout, practice a skill, or mobilize and stretch. These Open Gym hours supplement other class times so you’ll always have a chance to train if your schedule gets in the way. Open Gym is available to all members. Coaches will be available to help where needed.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Our One-on-One program is specifically designed for you and your individual goals. This includes all elements of physical assessment, goal setting, nutritional planning, and individualized programming. Availability is limited. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
