Ask yourself this question: What are you focused on?
Our focus has always been to provide the best product possible to our clients. It’s our belief that a “one size fits all” approach to fitness does not work. Programming to accommodate our client’s varying abilities and needs gives each person the option to choose the training path that best fits their unique goals.
It is our vision to constantly improve the health, fitness, and happiness of our members in an environment that is fun, caring, safe, supportive, and inclusive.
In line with our philosophy of continual improvement, our entire program is dedicated to further inspire and educate our members about Focus’ approach to coaching and training:
Focus On Goals, Focus On Clients, Focus On Training, Focus On Community, and Focus On Quality
Improvement is an ongoing component of change.
- If you want to improve your lifts, you have to change your training routine—add more weight, vary the sets and reps, eat more food, and get more sleep.
- If you want to improve your lifestyle, you have to proactively take steps to reduce the stress in your life.
- If you want to improve your diet, you have to make a conscience effort to eat better by cutting out the junk in your diet and focusing on meal planning, hydration, and caloric intake.
- AND, if you want to improve your performance, you must actively pursue the best training available.
While all changes do not lead to improvement, all improvement requires change. The ability to implement changes is essential for any individual that wants to continuously improve.
This process can result in incremental improvement over time or breakthrough improvement(s) all at once.
We believe that with determination, the presence of mind, and the belief in our own abilities, we can accomplish anything. In short, success is forged through FOCUS. It’s these principles that reflect our philosophy on fitness and life in general.
